Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT)

Location

Missoula, MT

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | Full-Time (36 hour minimum per week)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions across assigned caseload at multiple care settings
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to work a Monday–Friday day shift schedule
Ability to fulfill a minimum of 36 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
Experience managing a split caseload across multiple units or locations
