Job Title

Pre-Op Registered Nurse

Location

Dublin, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (0530–1600) | No Call or Weekend Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Provide pre-operative nursing care to patients preparing for surgical procedures
Conduct pre-op assessments, including patient history review and vital sign monitoring
Prepare and educate patients and families regarding upcoming procedures and post-operative expectations
Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient readiness and safety
Document patient information accurately in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 3–5 years of Pre-Op nursing experience
Strong knowledge of pre-operative nursing standards and patient care protocols
Ability to work day shift hours (0530–1600)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in PACU or perioperative nursing settings
BLS and/or ACLS certification
