Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions
Meet department objectives while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
Manage an outpatient-only caseload with 38 patient-facing hours and 2 hours of documentation time per week
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation within allotted documentation time

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensure was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
Active Oregon Physical Therapy license or compact license valid for state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
No on-call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Minimum two years of Physical Therapy experience
Spanish language proficiency
Vestibular certification
