Job Title

Medical Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

Deliver age-specific, direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in alignment with established Standards of Patient Care
Provide nursing care in accordance with Medical Surgical and Telemetry specialty-specific standards
Assume leadership responsibilities including appropriate delegation of tasks to other levels of nursing staff
Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of healthcare

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Active ACLS certification required prior to contract start date
Active BLS certification required prior to contract start date
Active PALS or ENPC certification required prior to contract start date
Active de-escalation training required prior to contract start date; if not current, a booked course must be confirmed at time of Clinical Orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing setting
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
