Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Location

Greensburg, PA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a mixed Medical-Surgical Telemetry/PCU unit
Monitor and manage telemetry patients, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition
Maintain patient ratios of 5–6:1 in accordance with unit standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
Complete all required pre-start modules and orientation requirements prior to entering the facility

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
Active Pennsylvania RN license or active Compact license required at time of submission
Current BLS certification (AHA only)
Current ACLS certification (AHA only)
Availability to work every other holiday
Willingness to float within the hospital and to nearby sister facilities as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
Background in a Telemetry, PCU, or Medical-Surgical setting
