Physical Therapist – Rehab

Key Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
Deliver direct physical therapy services focused on restoring patient function and mobility
Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support comprehensive care

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active New Jersey state Physical Therapy license, or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, facilities, and patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility setting
Experience supervising PTAs or Rehab Techs in a clinical environment
