Travel RN – OR Circulator
Location
Lewiston, Idaho
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite | Travel (candidates must reside 60+ miles from facility to qualify)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform circulating duties in an acute care operating room setting
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to sterile technique throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and scrub technicians to facilitate efficient OR workflow
- Document intraoperative nursing care accurately in the patient medical record
- Assist with room setup, instrument counts, and post-procedure patient handoff
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Idaho or a compact state
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operating Room circulating role
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in an acute care hospital environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
- CNOR certification or active pursuit of certification
- Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
