Contract | Days | Monday through Friday | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine or ability to obtain prior to start
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
Experience across multiple physical therapy settings or patient populations
