Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Mids Shift (1:00 PM – 1:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 17-bed Emergency Department serving a primarily adult and geriatric population, with some pediatric cases
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:4, efficiently and safely caring for patients across varying acuity levels
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient status, including common presentations such as chest pain, abdominal pain, and psychiatric emergencies
• Document patient care accurately using ED Paragon EHR
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a self-scheduling environment using a scheduling application

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least an ADN; BSN or higher accepted
• Minimum 2–3 years of Emergency Department experience
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIH Stroke certifications required
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of patients safely regardless of acuity

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ED Paragon electronic health record system
• Strong teamwork orientation with an easy-going, friendly, and hardworking personality
• Comfort with self-scheduling platforms
