Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location

Yuma, AZ

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | 5x8s, 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' ability to perform daily living and functional activities
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Arizona
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
Experience in a rehabilitation setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
Familiarity with functional restoration and neurological rehabilitation techniques
