Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence and quality of life
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Float between assigned worksites as operationally required
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Required Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Ability and willingness to float to additional worksites as needed
Meets standard credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Casamba documentation software strongly preferred
Strong communication and interdisciplinary team collaboration skills
