Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT) / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations
Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Current state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends
Minimum guaranteed hours of 35 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a registry or travel therapy setting
Strong communication and documentation skills in a clinical environment
