Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/Progressive Care/Stepdown unit setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in patient status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact license eligibility
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS may be required
- Prior experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit setting
- Ability to work night shift hours as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-acuity stepdown or progressive care environment
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry in a stepdown setting
