Job Title

Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Travel Contract)

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services within a busy hospital-based practice setting
Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse outpatient caseload, developing individualized care plans
Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using EPIC EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy team including OT and Speech-Language Pathology departments
Complete required facility orientation and education modules prior to or at start of assignment

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine (required prior to start)
Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Ability to work a consistent 40-hour week, Monday through Friday day shift schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient physical therapy setting
Familiarity with health system orientation and compliance processes
