Job Title

Med/Surg Day Nurse – Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to patients with various acuities across the age spectrum
Evaluate and apply the nursing process, documenting all findings accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Direct patient care activities and coordinate with ancillary staff to ensure quality outcomes
Communicate effectively with providers and co-workers regarding patient conditions and changes in status

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience caring for patients across a broad acuity range
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary care teams
