Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services including post-surgical rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling, and vestibular rehabilitation
Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
Conduct evaluations (scheduled at 1 hour each) and treatments (scheduled at 2 per hour)
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Raintree EMR
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
Proficiency or ability to learn Raintree EMR
Completion of required pre-assignment onboarding modules prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with post-surgical rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling, or vestibular rehabilitation
Prior travel therapy or contract assignment experience
