Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat inpatient and outpatient patients experiencing decline in physical mobility or functional independence
• Provide physical therapy services across a dual-site assignment, traveling between locations based on patient need
• Deliver specialty care spanning a broad patient population, including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurological conditions, women's health, lymphedema, and wheelchair fitting
• Support acute care services within a high-acuity, Level 2 trauma center environment
• Utilize advanced outpatient clinic equipment, including underwater treadmill technology, within dedicated adult and pediatric gym spaces

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• Ability to travel to and work across multiple points of care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute care or Level 2 trauma center settings
• Background treating complex or high-acuity patient populations
• Familiarity with specialty areas such as oncology rehabilitation, lymphedema, or pediatric therapy
