Contract | Travel | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | 13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient and outpatient MRI studies, including advanced cardiac MRI imaging, in a high-volume acute care setting
• Operate GE MRI equipment at the main campus as well as GE Mobile and Open Hitachi units at an affiliated imaging center
• Document and manage imaging workflows using Cerner EHR
• Participate in weekend call rotation to support STAT imaging requests on Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Float as needed to an outpatient imaging center located approximately five minutes from the main campus
• Assist with MRI procedures performed under anesthesia and support stroke rule-out and other common diagnostic imaging cases

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification with MR specialty credential required
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience; 5 years preferred
• Proficiency with Cerner EHR is required
• Ability to participate in weekend call rotation for STAT imaging coverage
• Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify as a travel candidate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cardiac MRI imaging competency strongly preferred
• Experience with GE MRI systems and open/mobile MRI equipment
• Familiarity with MRI procedures performed in conjunction with anesthesia
