Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 36-hour weekly guarantee

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume emergency department averaging 100 patients per day
• Manage a diverse patient population including trauma, cardiac, and neurological cases within a Level IV Trauma Center
• Work within a 30-room private-bed ED that includes a six-room EDOU observation unit, six fast track beds, one seclusion room, and five monitored rooms
• Maintain a 1:3 or 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio with support from up to five technicians during peak hours
• Utilize Allscripts Sunrise EMR and Omnicell medication management system for accurate documentation and medication administration

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level IV Trauma Center or comparable high-acuity emergency department setting
• Familiarity with Allscripts Sunrise EMR and Omnicell medication systems
• Experience managing trauma, cardiac, and neurological patient populations
