Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama (permanent license required; compact license alone is not sufficient)
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
