Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services primarily within an outpatient clinic setting
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an outpatient clinic affiliated with a larger health system
Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
