Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Location

Turnersville, NJ

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Cardiac Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
Document all patient care activities accurately using the EPIC charting system
Float to like units as required within scope of practice
Fulfill weekend rotation requirements every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Participate in one required holiday shift per contract period

Required Qualifications

Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Telemetry nursing experience
Current BLS certification required
Current NIHSS certification required
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience as a travel nurse; first-time travelers are accepted
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and unit workflows
