Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN – TELE)

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday | 3×12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit setting, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 18 months of Telemetry experience within the past 3 years
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care hospital telemetry environment
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and hemodynamic monitoring skills
