First Assist - RN (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Onsite | 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) in surgical procedures
Follow a template schedule with shift lengths varying based on departmental needs
Take call coverage approximately 3 weekends per month
Provide holiday coverage as required based on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Certified or credentialed as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA or STFA)
Ability to take weekend call (approximately 3 weekends per month)
Flexibility to work varying shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours)
Willingness to work holidays as needed based on staffing

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
Experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment with variable scheduling
