Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
  • Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience in a similar clinical setting
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
