Travel: RN Pre-Op/Post-Op (4x10's - Days)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 4x10-hour shifts per week | Shift hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM (some shifts may be 9:00 PM – 7:30 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pre-Operative and Post-Operative Ambulatory Surgery setting
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios in Pre-Op and 3:1 ratios in Post-Op phases of care
• Care for a diverse surgical patient population including general, colorectal, GYN, urology, urogyn, bariatric, and orthopedic surgery patients
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Operate within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and adaptability
• Participate in minimal call coverage as needed (no more than 3–4 call shifts per 6-week schedule)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of Pre-Op and Post-Op nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including bariatric, orthopedic, and urogynecology
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment
