Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 13-week contract with potential extension to 26 weeks | 4x10 schedule available; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM | 40 hours per week guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinical setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Conduct evaluations scheduled at 1 hour and treatments scheduled at 2 per hour
• Document patient care accurately using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Proficiency or ability to learn Raintree EMR
• Availability Monday through Friday including 2 evenings per week
• Must complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience with high-volume patient caseloads
