Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 patient care in a multi-specialty operating room environment supporting procedures including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine cases
• Perform circulating and/or scrubbing duties across multipurpose ORs as assigned
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia teams, CSTs, PCTs, and charge RNs to ensure safe and efficient surgical care
• Document patient care accurately using the facility EMR system (Meditech)
• Participate in on-call rotation, including one evening on-call shift per week (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and weekend on-call approximately once every six weeks
• Prioritize patient experience and maintain clear, professional communication with staff and providers throughout each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 1–2 years of current hospital acute care OR experience
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with both circulating and scrubbing roles in a hospital OR setting
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Familiarity with Stryker video systems and standard OR equipment
