Registered Nurse – NICU
Location

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to newborns and infants in a NICU setting
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 in accordance with unit standards
- Float between multiple campuses as assigned, with primary needs at select locations
- Float to Pediatrics and PICU units as needed, with assignments limited to newborns and infants
- Complete virtual orientation modules and participate in unit-based orientation shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
- Two professional references covering at least 1 year of specialty experience within the last 3 years (at least one reference must be a supervisor or charge RN)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records charting
