Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | 13–26 Weeks | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a broad range of patient demographics
• Utilize gym and turf facilities for higher-functioning and sports rehabilitation cases
• Manage a patient caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Collaborate as part of a multi-therapist outpatient team to deliver quality patient care
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including up to 2 evening shifts per week
• Completion of required HealthStream modules as part of pre-placement requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with sports rehabilitation or higher-functioning patient populations
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR system
• Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
