Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday with 2 evenings per week required (until 7:00 PM) | 13–26 Week Assignment | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Raintree EMR
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Flexibility to work 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, including 2 evenings per week
• Ability to complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred
• Prior experience with Raintree EMR
• Experience working in a community health or outpatient clinic setting
