Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide direct therapeutic intervention for speech and language deficits
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Active California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Demonstrated clinical experience in speech-language pathology practice
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a facility-based or outpatient clinical setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
