Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards of care
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as directed by physician orders
Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care and workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications

ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required
Active and unrestricted state license or eligibility to practice in Georgia
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nuclear medicine experience
BLS/CPR certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in a high-volume acute care or hospital-based setting
Familiarity with a variety of nuclear medicine modalities and imaging protocols
Strong communication and patient interaction skills
