Contract | Travel | Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | 26-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed Oncology/Women's Surgical unit maintaining a 1:4 or 1:5 patient ratio
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs, CNAs, and HUCs across day shift operations
• Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Assist with or support procedures such as pelvic exams, echocardiograms, and thoracentesis as needed
• Float to other med-surgical units on a rare basis as unit needs require
• Adhere to unit dress code and all applicable hospital policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency with standard unit equipment and Cerner EMR
• Ability to work 6 weekend days per scheduling period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Chemotherapy certification
• Prior oncology or women's surgical nursing experience
• Team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
