Contract | Days | 19-Week Assignment | 36-Hour Guarantee

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including any day of the week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
• Strong documentation and clinical reporting skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations across multiple diagnoses
