Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care across a broad range of surgical specialties including robotics, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, and gynecology
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care throughout the operative process
- Maintain compliance with all facility protocols, sterile technique standards, and patient safety guidelines
- Fulfill holiday coverage requirements: must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operating Room nursing
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Demonstrated proficiency across multiple surgical specialties
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
- Versatility across high-acuity and complex surgical case types
