Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation (Travel)

Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to adult inpatient rehabilitation patients across neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and fall-related diagnoses
• Manage a caseload of up to 8 patients per shift, collaborating with therapy assistants and a rehabilitation technician
• Perform point-of-care documentation using the UDS electronic health record system
• Apply GG Scoring knowledge in functional assessment and documentation
• Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including Vector, Litegait, Saeto, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody systems
• Float to a sister facility approximately 8 miles away as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency in point-of-care documentation and GG Scoring
• Strong time management skills in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
• Familiarity with UDS electronic health record system
• Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac patient populations
