Contract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to adult inpatient rehabilitation patients across neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and fall-related diagnoses
- Manage a caseload of up to 8 patients per shift, collaborating with therapy assistants and a rehabilitation technician
- Perform point-of-care documentation using the UDS electronic health record system
- Apply GG Scoring knowledge in functional assessment and documentation
- Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including Vector, Litegait, Saeto, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, and Technobody systems
- Float to a sister facility approximately 8 miles away as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency in point-of-care documentation and GG Scoring
- Strong time management skills in a fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
- Familiarity with UDS electronic health record system
- Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac patient populations
