Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Perform assessments, interventions, and ongoing monitoring for critically ill patients
• Float within scope to like units as needed, consistent with expectations for staff nurses
• Participate in holiday rotation as scheduled by the facility
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or valid Compact RN license must be in hand prior to start date
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU and/or Stepdown experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must be located outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (locals not accepted)
• Previous permanent or PRN staff must have been separated from the facility system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIHSS certification preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience, though first-time travelers with qualifying ICU and/or Stepdown background will be considered
