Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 8-Hour Shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-Call: 2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience
• Assist surgical team during operative procedures in the scrub and/or circulating roleli>Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including nights and weekends

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operating Room RN
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and surgical protocols
• Ability to fulfill on-call obligations including 2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a variety of surgical specialties
• BLS and/or ACLS certification
• CNOR certification or willingness to obtain
