Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Guaranteed 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for a patient population that includes trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neurological cases
• Float to the IMC unit as needed to meet facility staffing needs, within scope of practice
• Adhere to every-other-weekend scheduling requirements and work some holidays as assigned
• Complete required facility orientation modules through the designated learning portal

Required Qualifications

• Active or pending RN license (pending license accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience; 3+ years strongly preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system required
• Must be available every other weekend as part of standard scheduling
• Travel candidates only – local applicants (within 50 miles) are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of ICU nursing experience with a strong clinical background
• Prior experience caring for trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, or neuro patient populations
• Familiarity with IMC-level care and ability to float comfortably within scope
