Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Adhere to all credentialing and compliance documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland (permanent license required)
Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet contract quality assurance credentialing requirements
Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience as a travel physical therapist
Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation protocols
