Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in an outpatient or clinical therapy setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to manage a full caseload in a fast-paced environment
