Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapist license or demonstrated ability to obtain licensure
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, facilities, and patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a rehab or similar clinical setting
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary care team collaboration
