Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise COTAs in accordance with applicable practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
- Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
