Contract | Days | 06:30–15:00 | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care within the operating room setting throughout the surgical continuum
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader surgical team to ensure safe and efficient procedures
Fulfill on-call obligations including 1 night per week and every 6th weekend on call
Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and adhere to facility protocols and standards of care

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or compact state eligibility
Operating Room clinical experience
Ability to meet on-call requirements: 1 night per week and every 6th weekend
Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior scrub or circulating experience in a surgical setting
Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
CNOR certification preferred
