Contract | Night Shift | 3x12 Hours (19:00–07:00) | 36 Hours Weekly with Weekend Rotations

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessment and triage of emergency room patients across a range of medical conditions
• Provide trauma management and advanced life support interventions
• Establish and maintain IV access and execute other critical nursing interventions
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality emergency care

Required Qualifications

• Active WV RN License or Compact RN License (pending license accepted at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• PALS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility; candidates between 75–100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Strong proficiency in triage protocols and trauma management in a high-acuity emergency setting
