Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients on a 15-bed Labor and Delivery unit following inpatient rooming-in practices
Care for patient age groups including neonates and adults
Support newborn care in-room with mothers; utilize newborn nursery when clinically indicated
Administer and manage medications using the Omnicell medication system
Communicate effectively using SBAR communication standards

Required Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
AWHONN Beginner certification required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

AWHONN Intermediate or AWHONN Advanced certification preferred
Experience with Cerner electronic health records preferred
