Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 10-hour shifts | Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday | Holiday rotation required; start times may vary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to inpatient acute care patients across assigned departments
• Follow all department guidelines and adhere to facility policies throughout the assignment
• Participate in holiday rotation as scheduled
• Complete required learning modules prior to the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of occupational therapy experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active Arizona OT license with no disciplinary actions; license must be verified within the last 30 days
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Acute care experience required
• OT skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Must not be an Arizona resident — Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments at Arizona facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level I trauma experience is a plus
• Prior travel therapy assignment experience highly preferred
