Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Birthing Center setting
• Monitor and assess laboring patients with a 1:5 patient ratio
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation
• Float to other units as needed — float requirements are non-negotiable
• Adhere to weekend and on-call requirements as directed by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP
• Flu vaccination or client-approved exemption required November 1 – April 1
• Must be a travel candidate (local candidates are subject to a reduced rate structure)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level 2 Trauma-designated facility
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
• Patient-focused team player with a flexible, positive attitude
