Contract | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | DuPont Schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during day shift hours
• Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1, delivering safe and effective nursing care
• Adhere to unit protocols, dress code (solid color scrubs, clean and professional), and scheduling requirements including weekend rotation
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling as directed by unit leadership — no requested time off (RTO) during assignment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or multistate compact license — required at time of submission
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• AHA PALS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Ability to start quickly upon clearance; candidates who can expedite onboarding are strongly preferred

• Experience working in a fast-paced acute care or Medical Surgical environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving schedules and unit needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary care setting
